22-0 — Rafael Nadal improves to a perfect 22-0 at the Grand Slams in 2022 with his third-round triumph over Richard Gasquet. The 2022 Australian Open and Roland Garros champion went 5-0 at Wimbledon, but had to pull out before the semifinals due to an abdominal injury.
18-0 — Nadal continues his domination over former world No. 7 Gasquet. He has won all 18 of their meetings.
34 — Nadal has won the last 34 sets he has contested with Gasquet.
36 — At 36, Nadal is the oldest player remaining in either singles draw.
2013 — Four Spaniards are into the Round of 16 at the US Open (Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, Pablo Carreno Busta, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina) for the first time since 2013.
2 — Number of match points that Petra Kvitova saved during her 5-7, 6-3, 7-6(10) third-round triumph over Garbine Muguruza.
15-0 — By defeating Ameridan Lauren Davis on Day 6, top-seeded Iga Swiatek improves to 15-0 at Slams lifetime against players ranked out of the Top 100.
23-4 — Daniil Medvedev’s career record at the US Open. The top seed stretched his US Open winning streak to 10 with a straight sets win over Yibing Wu on Friday night in Queens.
1998 — By reaching the Round of 16, Ons Jabeur has become the first woman from the African continent to reach that stage of the US Open since 1998.
32 — Years since a teenage male reached the Round of 16 in back-to-back years at the US Open. With his 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 win over Jenson Brooksby, Carlos Alcaraz became the first man to achieve the feat since 1990.
4:35 — Elapsed time of Lorenzo Musetti’s 3-6, 7-5, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6(9) first-round victory over David Goffin on Day 2. It is the longest match of the tournament thus far.
48 — Percent of return games won (both 19/40) by Daniil Medvedev and Carlos Alcaraz through three rounds. The pair are tops among the men through week one in New York.
25 — Number of serve-and-volley points played by France’s Corentin Moutet in his three Week 1 victories (17/25), which is the most among remaining players. The Paris native defeated Pedro Cachin on Friday to become the first lucky loser to reach the Round of 16 in US Open men’s singles history.

47 — 19-year-old Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz passed Stefanos Tsitsipas at the top of the ATP’s 2022 match win list by defeating Jenson Brooksby in straight sets on Day 6 in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Alcaraz is 47-9 with four titles on the season.
