Grandstand Food Village
Chef David Burke serves up a flavorful Mexican street food menu. Menu items include carne asada beef tacos, pescado tacos, nachos; chips and guacamole.
Based on the name alone, many will gravitate to the chipotle chicken taco or carne asada beef taco. And that’s not a bad thing, since you can’t go wrong with either pick, especially with three tacos per order. But the chipotle chicken nachos – crispy tortilla chips with chicken, Mexican cheese sauce, pickled jalapeno, pico de gallo and crema fresca – are an underrated and overlooked option and the salads also come highly rated.
Featuring lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail, poached salmon salad, and shrimp and lobster salad created by Chef David Burke.
Either option including lobster is the go-to pick at Fish Shack. The popular cold Maine lobster roll, which comes served on a New England bun with cole slaw, diced celery and lemon mayo, is the big draw, but the lobster and shrimp salad is an equally tasty pick. Come for the fish, stay for the veggies to offer color and crunch to make it a more healthy option.
Oyster Bar 7
The Oyster Bar 7 is located adjacent to Grandstand and features a menu curated by Lure Fish Bar serving fresh oysters, lobster rolls and crab cakes in a unique setting.
If you enjoy seafood, Lure Oyster Bar behind Court 7 offers a dozen different menu items, all of which are excellent. The Oyster plates and poached salmon salads are both impressive and the aioli and cole slaw takes the crab cake sliders from good to great. If you’re looking for something refreshing, go for the chilled shrimp ceviche with citrus and avocado. If you want a little more hearty, opt for the lobster BLT.
