Access-a-Ride

The Drop-Off and Pick-Up Location for the NYC MTA’s Access-A-Ride Program at the US Open is located at the Bus Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location. Please refer to the map for the location.

Accessible Parking

Parking spaces are made available for guests with disabilities at Mets Stadium Parking. Shuttles are available from Mets Stadium Parking to the South Gate for guests with disabilities. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more.

Accessible Seating

The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (“Center”) is accessible. Accessible vertical access is provided via ramps and elevators, with escalators offering additional convenience for ambulatory guests. Wheelchair-accessible seating is provided off both the lower and upper concourses of Arthur Ashe Stadium, Louis Armstrong Stadium and the Grandstand Stadium, off the concourse of Court 17 and at each of the field courts. All accessible seating is subject to availability. All seating in Arthur Ashe Stadium is reserved. Seating in Louis Armstrong Stadium and Grandstand Stadium is both reserved (lower concourse) and available on a first-come, first-served basis (upper concourse). Seating in all other venues is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The US Open will accommodate disabled guests and up to three companions in designated accessible seating areas, subject to availability. Animals

Animals other than service animals are not permitted inside the Center. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. Within the seating venues, service animals will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability and may not rest in or block aisles. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, whose animal is not housebroken or whose animal does not remain under the guest’s control may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Baby changing stations are location in every public restroom in the facility.

Bags

There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted onto the grounds. All bags are subject to search and cannot be larger than 12"W x 12"H x 16"L. There will be no bag storage on the grounds. For a nominal charge, there is a bag storage facility located outside the East Gate and South Gate entrances ($5 per bag, $10 per luggage).

Café Spiaggia

Recently opened in 2017, Café Spiaggia is an inviting and lively environment featuring shared plates, handmade pastas and a selection of bottled cocktails. Located on the second floor of the Mercedes-Benz Brand Center in the South Plaza.

Captioning

Captioning is provided in Arthur Ashe Stadium, Louis Armstrong Stadium and the Grandstand Stadium, and at various other locations throughout the Center. Captioning in Arthur Ashe Stadium is provided on video boards located in the Northeast and Southwest corners of the Stadium. Captioning in Louis Armstrong Stadium is provided on video boards located In the Northwest and Southeast corners of the Stadium.  Captioning in the Grandstand Stadium is available on www.mobilecap.net (when prompted, enter your name and Event ID 2671, and then click “Join”. The program will start running automatically. Remember to log out after the event). If guests do not have their own mobile device/tablet in order to access this website, mobile devices may be obtained at the Guest Services booth in the Grandstand Stadium, subject to availability. 

Car Service

Yellow & Green Cab Service is located by exiting the East Gate and heading to the North side of the East Gate Boardwalk down on the Roosevelt street level. Black cars and ride share services such as Lyft and Uber are located outside the South Gate past the Unisphere at the NY State Pavilion.

Champions Bar & Grill

The newly renovated Champions Bar & Grill is a modern take on the traditional clubhouse atmosphere, with classic leather and wood accents in a contemporary setting. The Grill features premium steaks, hearty salads and fresh seafood prepared by Celebrity Chef David Burke. Join us for fun, delicious menu items along with thefinest cuts of meat paired with a wide variety of wines. Code of Conduct

Shirts and footwear are required to be worn at all times . Do not wear any clothing or accessories with indecent, inappropriate, or offensive messaging or imagery
Refrain from the use of foul, abusive, offensive or inappropriate language or gestures, and any inappropriate behavior that creates a disruptive atmosphere for other guests. Do not enter upon any tennis court. Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible and lawful manner. Do not use fan/user based video streaming apps and video recording devices to record on-court action or activities. Show your ticket upon request and only sit in your designated seat, where applicable. Follow instructions from event staff regarding event operations or emergency procedures. Umbrellas may not be in the open position during play. Refrain from smoking, as this is a smoke-free environment

Guests who do not adhere to the US Open Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and/or possible arrest and may be prohibited from attending future US Opens. If any guest observes any inappropriate behavior or an incident of concern, please contact the nearest event staff or text a message to the US Open Command Center at (917) 708-8080

Court of Champions

The US Open Court of Champions celebrates the legacy of the greatest singles champions in the history of the US Open and U.S. Championships. The attraction is located between the South Plaza and Courts 10 and 13. View Past Inductees

Elevator and Escalator Locations

Elevators are located in Arthur Ashe Stadium, Louis Armstrong Stadium, Grandstand Stadium and various other locations throughout the Center. Escalators are located at the main entrance to Arthur Ashe Stadium and Louis Armstrong Stadium. Please see a Guest Services representative for directions to one or refer to the US Open Site Map.

Emirates Sports Cafe

The Emirates Sports Cafe is located near the South Plaza Fountains. Situated on the top level of a two-story building, it provides guests an ideal setting to unwind with gastropub fare in a laid-back atmosphere.

Fan Week

The US Open Qualifying Tournament and the events leading up to the 2018 main draws are combining this year to make up Fan Week, an apt moniker for all the free, fun options available to get you ready for the 2018 US Open.

Fan Week officially begins on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018 with the grounds open for fans to watch the best players in the world prepare for this year's Open. Headlining Fan Week is the 2018 US Open Qualifying Tournament, which also begins Tuesday, but there is plenty more to discover.

Enjoy the iconic Grey Goose Honey Deuce, the signature cocktail of the US Open along with other featured cocktails at the new Grey Goose Grandstand bar designed to bring the French Rivera to the US Open. The signature cocktail will also be available at the Grey Goose bar in the Food Village and at more than 20 concession locations throughout the venue.

Lost & Found is located on the ground floor of Louis Armstrong Stadium.

Mass Transit

Use mass transit to make your trip to the US Open convenient and cost-effective.

Subway: The 7 train provides easy service from Grand Central Terminal to Mets-Willets Point Station, including connections for all Metro-North Trains from Westchester and Connecticut. Service is also available from the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Long Island Rail Road: LIRR provides service to Mets-Willets Point Station from Woodside, and convenient connections from Penn Station for New Jersey Transit customers. For guests with disabilities, get off the LIRR train at 61st/Woodside Station and transfer to the 7 train. Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point Station.

Merchandise

Be the first to have the new US Open gear! US Open souvenirs and merchandise are available online here, or find them around Billie Jean King National Tennis Center when you are on site for the US Open.

Mobile Tickets

Mobile Entry means your US Open ticket is accessed on your phone. You won't need to print and remember to bring tickets to get into the grounds. Mobile tickets enable you to manage, view, scan, transfer and sell your tickets with the device that’s always with you. Make sure to add your ticket to your mobile ticket for fast scanning at the gates. Learn more.

Mojito Restaurant and Bar

Features a menu inspired by Chef Marcus Samuelsson with Latin specialties and cocktails, offering indoor and outdoor seating. It's located just west of the Octagon outside Arthur Ashe Stadium with menu items including jalapeño and bacon beef tenderloin, pescado ala plancha, shrimp and scallop ceviche, and black bean soup.

Parking

See the map and corresponding information regarding where to park when coming to the US Open.

YELLOW ZONE PARKING will be the primary parking zone for all US Open guests. 

For the following dates, if YELLOW ZONE PARKING is full, guests MAY be directed to park in Lots 1, 2 and 3 BLUE ZONE PARKING or 4, 4A, 4B, 5 and 6 ORANGE ZONE PARKING as directed by NYPD.

Portable Chargers

Fans can charge their phone and watch multiple live matches while they explore the grounds - without using wifi or cellular data using the Chase Charge & Watch.

Power-Driven Mobility Devices

Guests with mobility-limiting disabilities may bring and use powered non-wheelchair mobility devices (including Segways®) when attending the US Open, subject to the rules and regulations of the Center regarding the safe operation of the devices. Because of such issues as size of device, storage and safekeeping of the device when the user is seated, a guest bringing such a device to the US Open may have his or her seating location adjusted. In no event shall it be the responsibility of the Center to store, or otherwise assure the safekeeping of such devices, when the user is seated during the event. The cost of any damage or injury arising out of a guest’s use of a power non-wheelchair mobility device is the responsibility of that guest.

The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the premises:

Sealed packages of any kind
Bottles or cans (glass or metal)
Aerosol cans or noise-making devices

Video cameras or recording devices (except for cell phones and SLR cameras with video or recording capabilities)

Animals (unless a service animal)

Any materials constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion

Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft

Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by US Open personnel, in their sole discretion

Qualifying Tournament

The US Open Qualifying tournament, which begins on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, features 128-player fields for both the men and women and offers nearly $3 million in prize money, awards the final 16 spots into both the men’s and women’s singles draws. Queens Day

A celebration of the US Open’s home borough, held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The event is free and open to the public, and will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 22. See more events during Fan Week.

Security Procedures

Safety is one of the highest priorities at the US Open as we continue to take every reasonable step to ensure the safety of everyone entering through the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center gates. Once again, several important security measures will be implemented in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

1. We encourage guests to arrive early to avoid delays and help speed the entry of all spectators.

2. All guests will go through a screening process before passing through the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center entry gates.

3. There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted onto the Grounds.

4. All bags are subject to search and must not be larger than 12”W x 12”H x 16”L.

5. There will be no bag storage on the Grounds. For a nominal charge, there are bag storage facilities located outside the East Gate and the South Gate entrances.

6. Speed Lines for guests without bags will be available at the East Gate and the South Gate entrances.

US Open Club

The US Open Club is located on the ground floor of Arthur Ashe Stadium. The Club is available to all Subscription Series ticket holders for a nominal entrance fee and is included for Silver Loge Box seat holders. Restaurant passes are required*. To purchase passes, please visit the US Open Box Office.

Wheelchair Escort Service

A Wheelchair Escort Service is provided at the US Open for guests with mobility issues. The service is provided from either the East Gate or the South Gate to any location within the center or from any location within the National Tennis Center to either the East Gate or the South Gate. Will Call

The main Will Call window is located at the East Gate. Due to overwhelming volume, it does not accommodate requests to leave tickets by subscribers (including box holders, series and all ticket plan holders) or individual ticket purchasers. It continues to service the USTA family, sponsors and corporate hospitality clients and members of the media, umpires and staff.
