Petra Kvitova and Caroline Garcia retire from tennis at the 2025 US Open

On Day 2 of the 2025 US Open, two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova and 2022 US Open semifinalist Caroline Garcia retired from professional tennis. Both players had tremendous careers and the crowd at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center had the privilege to watch each player compete for one last time.
