Another season of "Break Point," the documentary series that chronicles the world of professional tennis, is now streaming on to Netflix.
Season two of the smash-hit series promises to pull back the curtain on what was a thrilling 2023 ATP and WTA season.
In addition to several familiar faces who starred in the first season, including Taylor Fritz, Aryna Sabalenka, Maria Sakkari and Frances Tiafoe, several new additions are featured this time around, including Coco Gauff, Daniil Medvedev, Jessica Pegula and Holger Rune.
The trailer, released in December, had already spotlighted several of the season's biggest moments, including Carlos Alcaraz's thrilling Wimbledon victory over Novak Djokovic, and Gauff's crowning achievement—as well as Ben Shelton's breakthrough run to semifinals—at the US Open.
"Being consistent is great, but you want to win a trophy at the end," Pegula muses in the teaser, while Sabalenka reveals her burning desire to reach world No. 1—something she eventually accomplished after finishing runner-up to Gauff in Queens.
"What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger," she says.
The show's second season has dropped just days ahead of the year's first Grand Slam tournament. The 2024 Australian Open begins on Jan. 14 in Melbourne (Jan. 13 in the U.S.).
