Access-a-Ride Information

The Drop-Off and Pick-Up Location for the NYC MTA’s Access-A-Ride Program at the US Open is located at the Bus Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location. Please refer to the map for the location.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available on all days of the US Open. You will be directed by law enforcement and/or parking staff to the designated parking lot as specified below: Note: A shuttle service will be provided from these lots to the East Gate area.
All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required for access to these spaces"

Accessible Seating

The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (“Center”) is accessible. Accessible vertical access is provided via ramps and elevators, with escalators offering additional convenience for ambulatory guests. Wheelchair-accessible seating is provided off both the lower and upper concourses of Arthur Ashe Stadium, off the lower concourse of Louis Armstrong Stadium, off the lower and upper concourses of the Grandstand Stadium, off the concourse of Court 17 and at each of the field courts. All accessible seating is subject to availability. All seating in Arthur Ashe Stadium is reserved. Seating in Grandstand Stadium is both reserved (lower concourse) and available on a first-come, first-served basis (upper concourse). Seating in all other venues is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The US Open will accommodate disabled guests and up to three companions in designated accessible seating areas, subject to availability. Additional companions may be accommodated in nearby available seating. If you need assistance of any kind during the tournament call Client Services at 718-760-6363.

Aces

Enjoy local and seasonal seafood creations by Ed Brown, creator of Ed’s Chowder House, and sushi prepared by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Menu highlights include Maine lobster BLTs with Nueske bacon, ACES Raw Bar and one-of-a-kind rolls. Loge and Promenade Subscription Series ticket holders may purchase passes for the by calling the Ticket Office at 718.760.6363.

Animals

Animals other than service animals are not permitted inside the Center. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. Within the seating venues, service animals will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability and may not rest in or block aisles. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, whose animal is not housebroken or whose animal does not remain under the guest’s control may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.For additional inquiries or assistance, please contact Client Services at 718-760-6363

Bags

There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted onto the grounds. All bags are subject to search and cannot be larger than 12"W x 12"H x 16"L. There will be no bag storage on the grounds. For a nominal charge, there is a bag storage facility located outside the East Gate and South Gate entrances.

Café Spiaggia

Recently opened in 2017, Café Spiaggia is an inviting and lively environment featuring shared plates, handmade pastas and a selection of bottled cocktails. Located on the second floor of the Mercedes-Benz Brand Center in the South Plaza.

Captioning

Captioning is provided in Arthur Ashe Stadium and the Grandstand Stadium, and at various other locations throughout the Center. Captioning in Arthur Ashe Stadium is provided on video boards located in the Northeast and Southwest corners of the Stadium. Captioning in the Grandstand Stadium is available on www.mobilecap.net (when prompted, enter your name and Event ID 2671, and then click “Join”. The program will start running automatically. Remember to log out after the event). If guests do not have their own mobile device/tablet in order to access this website, mobile devices may be obtained at the Guest Services booth in the Grandstand Stadium, subject to availability. 

Car Service

Yellow & Green Cab Service is located by exiting the East Gate and heading to the North side of the East Gate Boardwalk down on the Roosevelt street level. For Hire Vehicles along with Uber are located outside the South Gate past the Unisphere at the NY State Pavilion

Champions Bar & Grill

A BLT Steakhouse imagined by Celebrity Chef David Burke in the newly transformed Champions Bar & Grill. Loge and Promenade Subscription Series ticket holders may purchase passes for the by calling the Ticket Office at 718.760.6363.

Code of Conduct

Shirts and footwear are required to be worn at all times . Do not wear any clothing or accessories with indecent, inappropriate, or offensive messaging or imagery
Refrain from the use of foul, abusive, offensive or inappropriate language or gestures, and any inappropriate behavior that creates a disruptive atmosphere for other guests. Do not enter upon any tennis court. Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible and lawful manner. Do not use fan/user based video streaming apps and video recording devices to record on-court action or activities. Show your ticket upon request and only sit in your designated seat, where applicable. Follow instructions from event staff regarding event operations or emergency procedures. Umbrellas may not be in the open position during play. Refrain from smoking, as this is a smoke-free environment

Guests who do not adhere to the US Open Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and/or possible arrest and may be prohibited from attending future US Opens

Court of Champions

The US Open Court of Champions celebrates the legacy of the greatest singles champions in the history of the US Open and U.S. Championships. The attraction is located between the South Plaza and Courts 10 and 13.

Directions

TO SAVE TIME, please use either the Van Wyck Expressway and Exit 12A - College Point Blvd or the Long Island Expressway (LIE/I-495) and Exit 22B – College Point Blvd.

FROM MANHATTAN
Take the RFK Bridge (formerly Triborough) to the Grand Central Parkway East. Exit the Grand Central Parkway East at Exit 9E – I-678/RT-25A East/Northern Boulevard East. Stay to the left and follow to the Van Wyck Expressway South. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway South at Exit 12A – College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM BROOKLYN (OPTION #1)
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE/I-278) East to the Grand Central Parkway East. Exit the Grand Central Parkway East at Exit 9E – I-678/ RT -25A East/Northern Boulevard East. Take the RT-25A East/Northern Boulevard East exit ramp toward the Mets stadium. At the 1st traffic light off the exit ramp, make a right onto Shea Road. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM BROOKLYN (OPTION #2)
Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to the Van Wyck Expressway North. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway at Exit 12A. Continue straight on to College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM LONG ISLAND
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE/I-495) West to Exit 22B - College Point Blvd. At first light, make a right on College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM CONNECTICUT/WESTCHESTER (OPTION #1)
Take I-95 to the Whitestone Bridge to the Whitestone Expressway South. Stay to the left and take the Van Wyck Expressway. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway South at Exit 12A – College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM CONNECTICUT/WESTCHESTER (OPTION #2)
Take I-95 to the Throgs Neck Bridge to I-295/Clearview Expressway South. Exit I-295/Clearview Expressway South at Exit 4 – Long Island Expressway (LIE/I-495) West. Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE/I-495) West to Exit 22B - College Point Blvd. At the first light, make a right on College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM NORTHERN NEW JERSEY (OPTION #1)
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Harlem River Drive, then to the RFK Bridge (formerly Triborough). Follow ""FROM MANHATTAN"" directions above.

FROM NORTHERN NEW JERSEY (OPTION #2)
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway, then to the Whitestone Bridge. Take the Whitestone Expressway South. Stay to the left and take the Van Wyck Expressway. Exit the Van Wyck Expressway South at Exit 12A – College Point Blvd. Follow signs to US Open Parking.

FROM SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY:
Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) East to the Grand Central Parkway East. Follow ""FROM BROOKLYN"" directions above."

Elevator and Escalator Locations

Elevators are located in Arthur Ashe Stadium, Louis Armstrong Stadium, Grandstand Stadium and various other locations throughout the Center. Escalators are located at the main entrance to Arthur Ashe Stadium. Please see a Guest Services representative for directions to one or refer to the US Open Site Map.

Emirates Sports Café

Recently opened in 2017, the Emirates Sports Café is located near the South Plaza Fountains. Situated on the top level of a two-story building, it provides guests an ideal setting to unwind with gastropub fare in a laid-back atmosphere.

Fan Week

The US Open Qualifying Tournament and the events leading up to the 2018 main draws are combining this year to make up Fan Week, an apt moniker for all the free, fun options available to get you ready for the 2018 US Open.

Fan Week officially begins on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018 with the grounds open for fans to watch the best players in the world prepare for this year's Open. Headlining Fan Week is the 2018 US Open Qualifying Tournament, which also begins Tuesday, but there is plenty more to discover.

First Aid

There are (6) First Aid Stations for the US Open, and they are all accessible to guests with disabilities. Please see a Guest Services representative for directions to one or refer to the US Open Site Map.

Enjoy the iconic Grey Goose Honey Deuce, the signature cocktail of the US Open along with other featured cocktails at the new Grey Goose Grandstand bar designed to bring the French Rivera to the US Open. The signature cocktail will also be available at the Grey Goose bar in the Food Village and at more than 20 concession locations throughout the venue.

Mass Transit

Use mass transit to make your trip to the US Open convenient and cost-effective.

Subway: The 7 train provides easy service from Grand Central Terminal to Mets-Willets Point Station, including connections for all Metro-North Trains from Westchester and Connecticut. Service is also available from the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Long Island Rail Road: LIRR provides service to Mets-Willets Point Station from Woodside, and convenient connections from Penn Station for New Jersey Transit customers. For guests with disabilities, get off the LIRR train at 61st/Woodside Station and transfer to the 7 train. Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point Station.

Schedules Online: The MTA website, mta.info, provides complete schedules and information about the most convenient ways to get the US Open.

Merchandise

Be the first to have the new US Open gear! US Open souvenirs and merchandise are available online here  or find them around Billie Jean King National Tennis Center when you are on site for the US Open.

Mojito Restaurant and Bar

Features a menu inspired by Chef Marcus Samuelsson with Latin specialties and cocktails, offering indoor and outdoor seating. It's located just west of the Octagon outside Arthur Ashe Stadium with menu items including jalapeño and bacon beef tenderloin, pescado ala plancha, shrimp and scallop ceviche, and black bean soup.

Nursing (Lactation) Stations

Guest may use the private rooms that are located within the Grandstand First Aid Station and the Armstrong First Aid Station.

Power-Driven Mobility Devices

Guests with mobility-limiting disabilities may bring and use powered non-wheelchair mobility devices (including Segways®) when attending the US Open, subject to the rules and regulations of the Center regarding the safe operation of the devices. Because of such issues as size of device, storage and safekeeping of the device when the user is seated, a guest bringing such a device to the US Open may have his or her seating location adjusted. In no event shall it be the responsibility of the Center to store, or otherwise assure the safekeeping of such devices, when the user is seated during the event. The cost of any damage or injury arising out of a guest’s use of a power non-wheelchair mobility device is the responsibility of that guest.

Qualifying Tournament

The US Open Qualifying tournament, begins on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, which features 128-player fields for both the men and women and nearly $3 million in prize money, awards the final 16 spots into both the men’s and women’s singles draws. It is free and open to the public.

Queens Day

A celebration of the US Open’s home borough, held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The event is free and open to the public. <<INSERT DATE OF QUEENS DAY FOR 2018>>

US Open Club

The US Open Club is located on the ground floor of Arthur Ashe Stadium. The Club is available to all Subscription Series ticket holders for a nominal entrance fee and is included for Silver Loge Box seat holders. Restaurant passes are required*. To purchase passes, please visit the US Open Box Office.
* Please note that food and beverage are not included with the purchase of restaurant passes. Cost of book will vary depending on your plan."

Wheelchair Escort Service

A wheelchair escort service is provided at the National Tennis Center for guests with a mobility issue. The service is provided from either the East Gate or South Gate to any location within the National Tennis Center or from any location within the National Tennis Center to either the East Gate or South Gate. This service is a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Will Call

The main Will Call window is located at the East Gate. Due to overwhelming volume, it does not accommodate requests to leave tickets by subscribers (including box holders, series and all ticket plan holders) or individual ticket purchasers. It continues to service the USTA family, sponsors and corporate hospitality clients and members of the media, umpires and staff.
