Ticket Exchange/Forwarding Service Subscribers have the opportunity to sell tickets to any individual sessions that they are unable to attend through Ticketmaster’s secure online exchange service ticketExchange. There is no fee to post tickets and the final sales price will be the price you choose to post the tickets for, plus service fees. You can choose an expiration date for your posting or they will automatically expire 12 hours before the session start time, at which point, you will be informed of the listing status via an email notification system that your original tickets will still be valid for entry. There is no limit on the number of tickets you can post or on the price at which you can post your tickets for. Once purchased by someone else, the barcodes on your tickets are cancelled; new barcodes are then issued and delivered electronically to the buyer via TicketFast technology. With TicketFast electronic delivery, the buyer can print the tickets instantly using any standard printer and you can avoid the hassle of mail delivery. You will receive a check for 90% of the posting price after the conclusion of the 2009 US Open. In the event that a session is cancelled by the USTA due to inclement weather, all transactions for that session are voided (sellers will not receive payment for the associated tickets). You can also send your tickets to virtually anyone, up to 2 hours before a session, via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a session. Just like Ticket Exchange, during the forwarding process the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode via TicketFast that can be printed using any standard printer. Dedicated Account Representative Each season ticket holder will be assigned a dedicated account representative to provide answers to any questions that may arise in addition to providing top level customer service.
