Heineken USA, the nation's largest beer importer, is thrilled to be in its 17th year of sponsorship of the US Open.
Heineken is enhancing fans' enjoyment of the tournament this year by creating premium brand experiences on and off
the court, as well as encouraging fans to "Share the Good" with Heineken Premium Light®.
Heineken's distinction as the official beer sponsor includes the presentation of the Heineken Red Star Award - given
to the player who "Shares The Good" from an athletic and philanthropic standpoint. Heineken is also partnering with
the USTA to host the second annual US Open Player Party, an exclusive pre-tournament party for the players and past
US Open Champions. Heineken will also have a strong branding presence on-site with the Red Star Café, which
provides fans with a lively sports bar atmosphere, and "Major Toms," which are portable backpack-style beer dispensers.
Finally, all fans over 21 years old will receive a customized cap on the popular Heineken Hat Night on Saturday, Aug. 30.
