Mini-Plan Subscriber FAQ What is a Mini-Plan?
Mini-Plans are combinations of various sessions for the US Open. Each plan is slightly different in that they each cover a different number of day and/or evening sessions. All Mini-Plans include a reserved seat located in the Upper Promenade section (rows P-Z) of Arthur Ashe Stadium. Your ticket also allows you access to the grounds and the outer courts.
I ordered a Mini-Plan last year, do I have to submit an order form again?
No, as a courtesy you will be automatically offered the same Mini-Plan as the previous year. If you would like to make any changes, please wait until you receive your invoice and call our customer service telephone line, 718-760-6363.
I have submitted my order form, what can I expect now?
Within 48 hours of sending in your order form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will receive an invoice with an assigned seat location and your account balance in April/May of the tournament year. All tickets regardless of when the order is placed will be shipped via overnight delivery service no later than July, of the tournament year.
Can I add additional items such as Parking or Restaurant Passes after I have submitted my order?
You can add these items and more at any time. Please call our customer service telephone line, 718-760-6363.
- US Open Club Pass
Allows entry to the exclusive US Open Club Restaurant during each session included in your plan. Famous for its grand buffet and eclectic American cuisine, the US Open Club is open for lunch and dinner.
- Parking Pass
Parking is available at the Hall of Science parking lot near the south gate entrance. The cost is directly associated with the type of plan that you are purchasing. Each book contains passes for the exact sessions that each plan covers. For example, the Holiday plan covers a total of 7 Sessions and the Holiday Plan Parking Book covers those same 7 Sessions. Parking Passes are extremely limited and only available while supplies last. Reserved parking is not available for individual sessions.
As a Mini-Plan holder, can I resell my tickets using your Account Manager program?
The Account Manager program is available to Full Series and Mini-Plan ticket holders. If you would like to learn how to utilize this program, click here.
Can I purchase a Mini-Plan in the Loge or Courtside sections?
Mini-Plan seats are located in the Upper Promenade section (rows P-Z) of Arthur Ashe Stadium, regardless of tenure. The only way to gain lower level seating is to purchase a Full Series Subscription.
Can I add additional plans to my current order?
Often times, additional seating is available in a section near your current seating. Please call our customer service telephone line, 718-760-6363.
Other than the sessions included in my plan, can I order additional tickets for other dates?
Please call 1-866-OPEN-TIX or log on to
www.ticketmaster.com to purchase any additional individual session tickets.
What is a US Open Club Pass and how many do I need?
A US Open Club Pass is an ADMISSION PASS to the US Open Club Restaurant. This pass DOES NOT include the cost of food and beverage. Each book contains passes for the exact number of sessions that each plan covers. For example, the Holiday plan covers a total of 7 Sessions and the Holiday Plan Open Club Book covers those same 7 Sessions. Each member of your party will require their own separate admission pass.
