2012 US Open Event Cards may be applied to:
- 2012 Full Series, Mini Plan and Group deposits
- 2012 Supreme Package
- Individual tickets purchased at the USTA Billie Jean King National Center Box Office beginning in June.
- Merchandise, food or beverages on the grounds of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the 2012 US Open from qualifying week through the last day of the 2012 tournament.
