Once your deposit of $100.00 per seat is processed, your account number will be e-mailed to you with further details on fulfillment of your plan. All seating will be in the Lower Promenade rows J-O, except where indicated. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability.
All deposits are non-refundable.
The seats on your deposit confirmation are not your actual seats. You will be invoiced in May 2012 which will have your Plan, seat location, and price per seat.
Deposits are for potential new subscribers only. Current subscribers should not place a deposit.

I ordered a Full Series Subscription last year. Do I have to submit an order form again?
No, as a courtesy current Subscribers who receive a renewal offer for the 2012 US Open do not need to place a deposit. If you would like to make any changes, please wait until you receive your invoice and call our customer service department at (718) 760-6363.
I have submitted my order form, what can I expect now?
Within 48 hours of sending in your order form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you place a deposit on a plan, this email will contain your account number and details on fulfillment of your plan. If you purchase a plan starting in May 2012, this email with contain your account number and seat location(s). All tickets regardless of when the order is placed will be shipped via overnight delivery service in July 2012.
Can I purchase additional items such as Parking or Restaurant Passes after I have submitted my order?
You can add these items and more at any time. Please call either your account representative or our customer service department at (718) 760-6363.
What type of seats can I purchase as a new subscriber?
The best available seats you may purchase as a first time subscriber are Lower Promenade level seats in Arthur Ashe Stadium.
As a Full Series Subscriber, can I resell my tickets using your Account Manager?

Can I add additional subscriptions or plans to my current order?

Other than the sessions included in my subscription, can I order additional tickets for other dates?
