2011 US Open National Playoffs Championships

Defending champion Blake Strode defeated Nathan Healey 7-6 (8), 7-6 (4) to win the 2011 US Open National Playoffs Men's Championship while teenager Robin Anderson defeated Yasmin Schnack 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 to win the Women's Championship.

Christina Fusano and David Martin captured the inaugural US Open National Playoffs mixed doubles title in 2011, defeating Yasmin Schnack and Eric Roberson 2-6, 6-1, [10-5] for the title.
